→ Access correspondenciasdigitais.itau.com.br and click on First Access
→ Individuals: enter CPF and date of birth | Legal Entities: enter CNPJ and date of incorporation
→ Select the option to verify your identity (phone or email)
→ Enter the code received by phone/email and create your personal password
→ Then simply log in with your CPF/CNPJ and the new password to access your documents.

Book entry services
Klabin has suppliers of book entry services both in Brazil and also abroad for managing, maintaining, and providing support for our shareholder base.
Banco Itaú
Banco Itaú is responsible for providing the book entry service for investors registered in Brazil under CVM Instruction 543/13. Book entry shares have proven ownership through registration in the share depository account, open in the name of the shareholder in the books of the depository institution.
BNY Mellon
BNY Mellon is responsible for Klabin’s ADR program. The shares are traded in the American market as Level 1 ADRs, being listed on the over-the-counter market under the KLBAY ticker symbol.
